our students do...and so do the men and women who teach them
Our first intensive (two week) course of the year is drawing to a close and they were a great way to kick-off the new year.

August 22nd - September 2
Dr. Nheim Tran : Inductive Bible Study
Dr. Charles Lake : Evangelism and Discipleship
Prof. Bobanoit Lucceus : Christian Leadership
Profs. Paul Keller and Brett Westbrook, the Crescent Project : Islam and the Christian Faith

From evangelism and discipleship plans being formed specifically for certain people groups--such as women in prostitution or children who have been orphaned--to leadership strategy debates, examples and role-play and even a trip to the mosque in downtown Cap-Haitien to speak with the imam, these courses were practically taught and powerfully dug-into by dozens of students in the Word.

Intensive Session 2 begins Monday (and it's too late to sign up!)

September 5 - 16
Dr. Bryan Easley & Dr. Gail Longbotham :  Introduction to the New Testament
Prof. Fanfan Joseph  Pentateuch
Dr. Leroy Lindsay  Biblical Doctrine of Holiness
Prof. David Strope :  Psalms

Additionally, Drs. Easley and Longbotham will be teaching Theories and Practice of Christian Leadership for  Emmaus' Master of the Arts in Christian Leadership Program!

Pray with us as studying God's Word--and stepping out on it--continues TODAY at Emmaus.

Thank you for your help and prayers for a new year of
developing Christ like leaders for Haiti...and the world!
