Three Associates Join Gates Team
Gates Healthcare has expanded its team and expertise with the addition of three new Associates.
Elaine Ladd, PharmD, is a longtime pharmacist who founded a family pharmacy in Boise, Idaho. She led clinical development and directed progressive pharmacy services. Her background also includes teaching positions including clinical assistant professor of pharmacy practice at Idaho State University's College of Pharmacy. She is certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners.
Larry Braden, RPh, D.Sc., has been the principal owner of Lacey Drug Company for five decades. The business operates three modern, full-service pharmacies in the metro Atlanta area. He is an active member of the Georgia Pharmacy Association, including a lengthy tenure as Executive Vice President when he guided the organization's growth in the 1980s and 1990s. He is involved in civic affairs and serves on the Board of Trustees of his alma mater, Mercer University.
Paul O'Connor, RPh, MBA, is an experienced healthcare consultant who has provided strategic advice and business development opportunities to a wide range of health care clients including large self-insured employers. He is a former director of pharmacy of Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare. He will assist Gates Healthcare clients with PBM audits, among other issues.
