Weekly donation based classes supporting charities & non-profits selected by the instructors.

EXPLORATION OF YOGA  w/ Max Novelli
2nd Saturdays/Monthly advanced practices for teachers and interested students.

FAMILY YOGA  w/ Paul Richards & Kristen Kolenda
2nd Sundays/Monthly classes for all families with children ages 4+.

FRIDAY BENEFIT: YOGARHYTHMICS w/ Nicole Zellie Lann
3rd Fridays/Monthly donation based movement, yoga, and dance classes aligned with the chakras.

NO SHOES SOUND SERIES w/ various artists
3rd Saturdays/Monthly acoustic studio concerts featuring local artists. Leave your shoes in the cubbies and enjoy incredible live music in a relaxed and low-key setting for all ages!

BEGINNING THAI MASSAGE w/ Javier Marchan
Learn techniques of an ancient and natural modality and deepen your understanding of the body in this 3 part series running in September and October!

TASTE OF TEACHER TRAINING w/ Lynn Rescigno
Interested in becoming a teacher or deepening your study of yoga? We have a 200-hour Teacher Training starting in October and this late September afternoon session will give you a bite sized sample of what to expect!

FRIDAY BENEFIT: MEDITATION w/ Tim Krupar
Final Friday/Monthly donation based meditation sessions based on Buddhist teachings.

4-WEEK BEGINNER SERIES w/ Amy Burk
Students new to yoga or seasoned students wanting to step back and review some of the basics will all benefit from these Saturday afternoon sessions beginning October 1st!

SUDS & SALUTATIONS w/ Paul Richards
Not beer suds, but soap suds will be shared in this unique event! Learn techniques for making soap from our resident expert, practice a little yoga, and take home a few homemade bars to clean up with afterwards in this November workshop!
