Shabbat Family Service, Friday Sept. 2

Make sure to save the date for the upcoming Shabbat Family Service - Friday, September 2.   You're invited to a kid-friendly pre-neg with pizza and veggies at 6:00 pm followed by the family service at 6:30. Festive oneg to follow.

Michael Heft Food &  Miriam Messe Diaper Collection

It is time once again for the food and diaper drive to help local food banks.  The items will be delivered to the Redding Food Pantry, Wilton Food Pantry, the Women's Center of Greater Danbury, and the Community Action Agency of Western Ct.
 
Lists will be passed out during Rosh Hashanah services and items will be collected during Yom Kippur services.  Please be as generous as you are able. I will need kids to sort through the items & drivers to deliver.   Please contact Jane Alexander.

TBC Social Action Committee.
The TBC Social Action Committee has many local ways for you to help others, from pitching in at a soup kitchen to preparing dinner at an emergency shelter.  New opportunities, dates, and times are posted to the TBC website, so please take a look and see where you can help

Other Community Opportunities. There are also other ways to get involved in our communities. You can serve as a foster family, deliver food to those in need, and/or host a high school child in the ABC program.
