Zaidi: Iraqi legislature overlooked the seriousness of Article 140 of the Constitution
A member of the parliamentary reform front full Zaidi today that the Prime Minister's remarks on the Kurdish interventions in the areas of Nineveh province did not come from a vacuum.
Zaidi In an interview with "direction Press," said the Peshmerga forces are seizing villages that are edited or withdraw them Daesh and not to raise the Iraqi flag over it.
Zaidi said that the mine was located in the Iraqi constitution and I mean by Article 140 and the issue of the disputed areas, pointing out that this is possible is happening in neighboring countries and not within the limits of the one-state thing

Frank26: So if they gave them new numbers...these new numbers will be applied by the proceedings that I just gave you....the sequential order....to approve their budget....so IOO....this new rate must come out before that budget is given to you....
These baby steps are turning into Paul Bunyan steps....they are very large....they are doing great....the budget will be sent to the government like we just told you....and the Finance Committee said that the report they just got from the CBI will be sent to the GOI and it has been delivered and that is why we think by the middle of September we might get approval of this budget with those new numbers they talked about in that meeting.....
Because how stupid is it that we want to talk about the exchange rate...you know what the exchange rate is...we are asking....we know what you are asking for....we got a budget to pass....and we can't do it at a program rate.
The economic reforms are beautiful aren't they....I told you to Google and you can see so much stuff going on....they are ok....but this budget is next for the financial reforms....right after Mosul is given to you.

GUESS WHAT?........ANOTHER WEEKEND IS UPON US IS DINARVILLE. RUMORS HERE AND RUMORS THERE. SEVERAL SAYING THIS COULD BE THE WEEKEND WHILE OTHERS SAY IT WON'T HAPPEN UNTIL OCTOBER. WE ALL KNOW HOW THAT WORKS.
THE POINT IS WE JUST DO NOT KNOW THE DATE OR RATE AND WON'T UNTIL THE DEED IS DONE.
LIKE THE VAST MAJORITY OF PEOPLE I WOULD LIKE THIS TO HAPPEN NOW, IF FOR NOTHING ELSE, TO END THE DRAMA AND UNCERTAINTY THAT SURROUNDS DINARIANS EVERY DAY.
MY WIFE IS GIVING ME HER GUESS AS IT RELATES TO NUMEROLOGY WHICH IS JUST AS GOOD AS ANYONE ELSE'S. SHE PREDICTS SEPTEMBER 9, 2016 OR 9-9-9. WHY NOT?
I SAW AN ARTICLE BY DRAKE POSTED IN THE FORUM CLAIMING THERE ARE NO EXCHANGE CENTERS. NOT SURE IF THAT IS TRUE BUT BASED UPON ALL THAT I HAVE HEARD THERE ARE EXCHANGE CENTERS. ARE THERE 7,000? WHO KNOWS. MOST OF THOSE KIND OF QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE ANSWERED UNTIL THE RV HAS FINALLY PUSHED ITSELF TO COMPLETION.
PERHAPS THE MOST DISTRACTING AND DESTRUCTIVE ELEMENT OF THE DINAR PROCESS ARE "RUMORS" STARTED BY GURUS OR WELL MEANING PEOPLE AND EMBELLISHED UPON OVER THE MONTHS AND YEARS THE RUMOR/S EXISTS IN DINARLAND. OFTEN GOING DORMANT FOR A TIME ONLY TO RESURFACE MONTH LATER AS A "FACT".
ONE DAY THIS WILL BE BEHIND US AND WE CAN MOVE ON. UNTIL THEN USE YOUR COMMON SENSE TO SIFT THROUGH THE BS YOU HEAR CONSTANTLY.

Iraq, August 18, 2016 Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is rising again in Iraq, The Wall Street Journal reports. The piece notes General Electric's billion dollar contract in January, which is of course government spending, to highlight how multi-nationals are increasingly confident as the self declared Islamic State begins to collapse.
The piece also notes how FDI is projected at $4 billion for 2016, lower than the $4.8 billion in 2014 when IS captured much of northern Iraq, but encouraging. Much of this FDI is from oil, since BP, Lukoil and a number of other oil majors suggested they would up investment this year, after slashed capex saw production in some southern fields decline.
Loans, from the IMF and the International Finance Corporation, reaching up to $20 billion by the end of the decade, should assuage IOC concerns and keep oil output increasing over the next few years, despite problems with water

Alright guys let's talk about what's going on out there. Boy it was funny because today for 5 or 6 hours this morning since about 9 o'clock this morning there was just very, very little coming through. Intel was almost just dead quiet.
And it took until, I don't know, I'm gonna say 4 or 5 o'clock in the afternoon to be in to begin to get anything new or meaningful regarding our blessing and where we are. And then things begin to come in a little bit more this evening and we think we are um, we are at a good place. We did get a little bit of Intel.
I've got several things to talk about. First let's just go back for a minute and talk about Iraq. Ah um, you guys remember we talked about the Amnesty Law having been passed and gone through and been put into the Gazette?
