In Oct. 2015, NJ Realtors® released a new, statewide Standard Real Estate Sales Contract (Form 118) to meet updated industry regulations and standards, including TRID.
After receiving valuable member feedback, we've made some new changes to simplify the form for you and your clients. This form is not completely new and does not have major changes, but it does include:
  • requested clarifications
  • three new sections
  • three new addenda
The updated Contract is NOT yet live. You will be notified of a release date.
