Vineland Healthy Kids Receives Initial $450,000 Grant Toward Three-Year $1.35 Million Grant 
New Jersey Partnership for Healthy Kids - Vineland (NJPHK-V) recently received an initial grant of $450,000 toward a three-year $1.35 million award from the Partnership to Improve Community Health (PICH), a program funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Read More

The dietary and physical activity behaviors of children and adolescents are influenced by many sectors of society, including families, communities, schools, child care settings, medical care providers, faith-based institutions, government agencies, the media, and the food and beverage industries and entertainment industries.

New Jersey Partnership for Healthy Kids is a statewide program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation with technical assistance and direction provided by the New Jersey YMCA State Alliance. The primary goal is to convene, connect and empower community partnerships across the state to implement environmental and policy changing strategies that prevent childhood obesity and create healthier communities.
