Reaching Out, Supporting Families
Knowledge Exchange
Welcome to the second issue of the Knowledge Exchange for  Reaching Out, Supporting Families  grant holders.

The Knowledge Exchange includes new research relevant to groups working with vulnerable families, practical tools you can use in your work, policy developments that have an impact on your work, along with dates of upcoming events and activities that CES is organising to support the  Reaching Out, Supporting Families Programme. Each issue  features a different grant holder who will share their experience of support on their project as it develops. In this issue, Jeanine Baker from the Fostering Network shares her experience of implementation support on the Programme.
