Supreme Court Update
Berkeley Law constitutional scholars will discuss the impact of the death of Justice Antonin Scalia, the refusal of Congress to consider President Obama's nomination of Merrick Garland, and the sweeping changes that could result from the 2016 election, as well as analyze recent Supreme Court decisions and their ramifications on current law. (1.5 MCLE credits)
