TOPIC SPOTLIGHT

  Talk. Read. Sing. Draw. Play.

It doesn't take extensive training or expensive equipment.
Helping young children grow up to be strong readers starts
simply with talking, singing, reading, writing and playing. First
5 San Joaquin has partnered up with the University of the
Pacific's Beyond Our Gates Initiative's San Joaquin Reads
Campaign, which shares the fundamental message how
important Talk, Read, Sing, Draw, Play experiences are for
young children.  Check out these new Talk, Read, Sing, Draw,
  Play resources:

  >> Talk, Read, Sing, Draw, Play Flyer ( English) ( Spanish)
  >> Talk, Read, Sing, Draw, Play Poster ( English) ( Spanish)
  >> Reading to Young Children Tip Sheet ( English) ( Spanish)
