CCISD: Snapshots is a weekly photo newsletter that highlights events, activities and happenings across the District. Anyone can submit a photo. Just remember the following:
  • CCISD policy and procedures require all students to have the proper CCISD photo release to appear in CCISD publications 
  • Not all photos submitted can or will be used in Snapshots.The Office of  Communications has final photo approval
  • Photos must be submitted separately in .jpg format

WELCOME BACK!
Clear Creek ISD would like to welcome you back to another wonderful school year! We hope everyone had a great first week back. Thank you to all those who sent in their back-to-school pictures. Let's make 2016-2017 a great year together!
SEASON OPENER AT CHALLENGER COLUMBIA
The Clear Springs High School Chargers took on the Pearland Oilers for the first football game ever at the new CCISD Challenger Columbia Stadium last Friday. Students, staff, parents and the community enjoyed celebrating the inaugural game of the season from the stands!
BACKPACK DONATIONS
Thank you to the following groups, businesses and organizations for their generous donations of backpacks and school supplies for Clear Creek ISD students and staff this year: 
City of Houston and Council Member Dave Martin, the Perry YMCA, League City HEB, Hope Lutheran Church, Houston Methodist St. John Hospital, Women Who Wish Organization, Southeast Church of Christ, and Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.
DRUMMING TO YOUR OWN BEAT
Clear Creek ISD's Core Values took center stage as Brookside Intermediate students and staff came together through the sound of music to kick-off the first week of school. The interactive drumming and team-building organization, Drum Cafe, paid the Brookside Bulldogs a special visit as they united, uplifted and inspired students to drum to the beat of their own drum, both individually and together as a team.
