Attention High School Parents: Floating 7 Schedule
Loyola's high school will now be running on a "Floating 7" schedule instead of the traditional 8-period schedule. This spring, a committee of teachers researched scheduling options and collaborated on what would best benefit our students and maximize their learning opportunities.
While a "Floating 7" schedule may look a little confusing at first, the teachers and students who have used this format have all said it is very easy to catch on to and worth the short learning curve required.
Check out the Floating 7 Schedule visual and watch the video to see how to access your's on EdEdge. Mrs. Kirshner and other staff will also be available at the August 10th All School Round-Up to pass out each students' schedule and answer questions about how it works.
