The Silver Toaster Award is an amazing way to  recognize employee excellence in Lean!   
 
It was developed by GBMP, Inc., organizer of The Northeast L.E.A.N. Conference, to recognize and reward one outstanding employee:  who has embraced Lean; who performs his or her job exceptionally well always with Lean in mind; who helps others implement Lean concepts; and who exemplifies the Vision, Values and Standards of the Award. The award will be presented at the Northeast L.E.A.N.  Conference, coming this October 4-5, 2016, at The DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. All of the nominees will be recognized for their important contributions to operational excellence in their organizations, not just the recipient of the award. Show your super special employees how much you notice and appreciate them by submitting a nomination.

This is definitely your last chance.
