Teammates map out personal goals for the upcoming school year during the 2016 Our DPS Day.
EPMP/LIFT Resources for Setting Goals
Believe it or not, it's time for you and your team to start setting SMART goals to align your work for the 2016-17 school year as part of EPMP/LIFT. This is a critical step in the process -- one that will help us ensure we're all achieving results with impact.

Executive directors should set goals no later than Aug. 31 to allow time for goals to cascade. All team members should have three to five goals active in Infor GHR by Sept. 30, but you can set earlier deadlines for your team.
