Price Increase Alert!  Our Wine Kit suppliers have once again increased their prices (actually for the 3rd time in as many years). So after holding our prices for 6 years we unfortunately have to slightly increase  our prices starting October 1. Still great quality and service!

Fresh Tomatoes and Zucchini are ready and in Season!  Enjoy this dish with a nice glass of New Zealand Sauv. Blanc or Fruity Pinot Noir!  
September Recipe~ Zucchini and Tomato Romano
- 3 medium zucchinis, sliced
-1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
-3 cloves of minced garlic
-1/2 cup olive oil
-salt and pepper to taste

-1/3 cup parmesan cheese
-1/3 cup romano cheese, grated

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a small casserole dish and top with cheeses.   Bake @ 350F.,  30-35 minutes.  
Top with fresh basil leaves(optional).   Nice taste of Indian Summer!
