ULI Study on Inclusionary Zoning Highlights Need for Robust Market-Rate Housing Production
The Urban Land Institute (ULI) has released a new study on inclusionary zoning--the Economics of Inclusionary Zoning.  According to ULI, its purpose is not to address whether inclusionary zoning represents good policy.  Rather, it attempts to identify how inclusionary policies can best be designed and implemented in areas where it is being adopted or considered for adoption. East Bay RPC To Talk Candidates
Please join the BIA|Bay Area East Bay Regional Policy Committee on Aug. 30, 2016 , where members will consider making recommendations to BIA's Build Jobs Political Action Committee for financial support of local candidates on the November ballot. The meeting is open to BIA members only and will be held from 10-11:30 a.m. at KB Home's training room (first floor), 5000 Executive Parkway in San Ramon. The candidate filing period ends Aug. 12 with an extension to Aug. 17 for those races where incumbents are not seeking re-election.
