Your Alabama CCIM Chapter had a great 2014! 

With a growing membership, unrivaled educational, networking and event offerings and an active Board of Directors, we are poised to do even greater things in 2015. You are a valued member, and we are working on several initiatives to enhance your CCIM membership:

- Increased communication and focus on social media: This is the first of our monthly e-newsletters which will include an 'App of the Month'. Additionally, we will be stepping up our social media presence under the leadership of Lochrane Smith. Please follow us on Twitter @AL_CCIM to stay informed of local chapter events and happenings. 

- Monthly networking opportunities: It is our goal to have a monthly networking event and we plan to host them across the state. Our first such event will be held this week in conjunction with our 

CI-104 Class (CLICK HERE TO REGISTER), February 10th at Brio Tuscan Grille in Birmingham. Thanks to our sponsor, Southern States Bank for hosting.  

- As you may know, CCIM has vastly upgraded it's Site To Do Business (STDB) and we will be providing in-depth training opportunities, so we can help you maximize the utilities of this valuable tool. Stay tuned for more information as to date and location. 

- University Outreach will be a focus this year. We want to encourage up-and-coming talent to be a part of CCIM and to allow our members to build a stronger relationship with our valuable educational institutions. Stay tuned for more info on our first event.
