This coffee is a full natural, i.e., sun-dried cherry.  It most closely resembles a Natural Sidamo. On a scale of 1-10 in fruitiness, this one is about an 8. Fabulous iced coffee (great hot, too).

Big body.  Deep, bittersweet chocolate. Aggressive warm fruits: cherry, strawberry. Lemon verbena.

This organic tisane is anchored with fruit - crazy fruit! Like a fruit grenade going off in your mouth! Sweet and tart with contributions from blueberries and passionfruit. Floral notes from hibiscus. 
Our particular tisane has a rich, blue color, and a fruity flavor that is mostly sweet.  It is a great alternative to sugary fruit juices.  Try it iced!

Happy Thursday!

We're back with some exciting news!  Panama was fabulous!  We met with Norberto Suarez while in Panama.  He was kind enough to show us his five coffee farms, including a 600 ft. hike up a mountain and a truck ride through his cow pasture.  Amazing views!

You may have noticed that we are stocking out of many of our coffees.  If a favorite coffee is no longer on the website, we most likely are temporarily stocked out.  Now is the time to try something new.  Shortly after we returned home, Jim placed a coffee order, including some of the Panama coffee from Norberto's farm!  Look for some of our stocked out coffees to return in the next several weeks.

Finally, we are excited to announce that our expansion permits have been approved!  The next step is to interview subcontractors.  Local customers- please let us know if you have the name of a plumber who works on businesses.  We would like to get bids as soon as possible.
