Two new offerings start this weekend...chill out your week with a lovely Yin practice this Sunday evening at 4pm. Or, get tuned in to your body in a completely different way with Interoceptive Yoga on Sunday at 4:30 or 5:45pm.

Sunrise Vinyasa has been a HUGE success up on our building's new wooden rooftop deck with post-practice snacks by local businesses!  What a beautiful way to start the day!

Sean Haleen is BACK!  After last year's sold out backbend workshop he is returning to give us some solid insights on standing poses and hips! Deep Release on Saturday, October 1st at 9:30am and then a Master Class with Ali Szarzynski on Sunday, October 2 at 9:30am. Details and sign up below.

The Bhakti Boys are back again the first Saturday in September.

Join this deeply nourishing and meditative practice which includes mindful stretching and supported postures.  Gentle, deep stretches encourage health from our deep connective tissues to our entire body and mind. Supported poses allow us to explore and attend to the energetic pathways running through the body

About Michelle:  As a yoga devotee for over 15 years and a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher, she has extensive formal training and continuing education in the fields of health, wellness, yoga and Thai Massage. Her practice is inspired by the alignment principles of Anusara, the core strength principles of Forrest Yoga and her primary influence, Duncan Wong, creator of the Yogic Arts System, "Inner Harmony through true self expression" a form of yoga integrating the core strengthening and joint conditioning elements of martial arts, fluidity and purification of Ashtanga and the healing touch of adjustments and massage. She is currently teaching yoga in the Milwaukee area, both private and public classes, and sees clients for Thai Massage by appointment.

About Sean: 
Sean Haleen (500 E-RYT) is a celebrated Hatha yoga teacher and practitioner. Sean has practiced and studied yoga asana and philosophy since 1997 and began teaching in 2007. He now lives north of San Francisco where he teaches full time at Yoga Tree in their 200 and 500HR teacher training program. Additionally, he spreads his passion for alignment by teaching Joyful Alignment workshops at studios across the US.

Sean's classes are noted for their humor, depth, and precision. Focusing on alignment, students wishing to learn about their bodies and the different concepts of yoga philosophy in detail will enjoy his public classes, workshops, and trainings.
