Each Loan Application Workshop will provide an introduction to SCCLF's policies and application package, and participants will have an opportunity to ask questions about the lending process. SCCLF representatives will also be available following the workshop to discuss individual projects.

Since 2004, we have provided 297 loans for $36.7 million in financing
that facilitated more than $234 million in community development projects; we
financed 1,336 housing units, 9 healthy food outlets, 10 community facilities, and 14
community businesses, creating or retaining 2,754 jobs and providing a safe,
affordable place to call home for 3,340 individuals and families.
