News from CIC: Renew Woodlawn, Chatham 5k Race, and more!

Seeking Developers for Renew Woodlawn

CIC is pleased to announce the New Construction Developer Request for Proposals for the Renew Woodlawn Program. The goal of Renew Woodlawn is to provide quality homes to owner-occupants and expand home ownership opportunities for the Woodlawn Community Area.

The New Construction Developer RFP, which provides a detailed description of the program, is now available at nhschicago.org/live/woodlawn or can be downloaded directly here.

All properties offered under the RFP will be open for inspection by developers from 8 a.m. - Noon on both Thursday, August 4 and Tuesday, August 9.

Chatham 5k Run

The inaugural Chatham 2.0 5k run, a Chatham DevCorp/Micro Market Recovery Program event, will give runners a unique opportunity to race through the heart of the Chatham neighborhood on Chicago's Southside. Early-bird registration (before August 12) is just $20, and children under 13 can participate for free.
