Natick Center is full of sunshine and warm days for Summer! We've highlighted a few events here but You can find a full list at natickcenter.org.

Natick Nights has been lucky with some great weather on it's Thursday nights and positive feedback from businesses! Each week we highlight and help support the merchants in Natick Center.

Electrical Box Unveiling 


Jason Cheeseman-Meyer, Artist & Joyce Simon, Coordinator of the "Amazing Natick" Project with 
Christ Lutheran Church

It was a gorgeous night during Artwalk to dedicate the finished electrical boxes on Natick common painted by artists  Jason Cheeseman-Meyer  &  Jeanne Williamson - Visual Artist . We extend our gratitude to the artists for their hard work and dedication. 

We thank  Christ Lutheran Church  for funding this project and for Joyce Simon Coordinator of Amazing Natick Project for Christ Lutheran Church, Town Administrator, Martha White & the Natick Board of Selectmen for their continued support. Also, t o the Public Art Committee members of the Natick Center Cultural District for initiating and seeing this project through to completion.
 
We were honored to have Representative David P. Linsky at the ceremony to present the citations to the artists and Susan Nicholl from MetroWest Tourism & Visitors Bureau there to support this wonderful project.

Thank you to all who attended, we are very grateful for your support of the arts in Natick.

We have received approval to paint 2 more Electrical Boxes in town. Please visit our website at natickcenter.org for full details on how you can submit your artwork to our Public Art Committee for these projects!

It was a perfect evening for the 9th annual Artwalk festival. We are appreciative to those that came to enjoy the festivities & we hope you enjoyed the night! Thank you to all the shop owners, artists, musicians, galleries, restaurants, DPW, police those who planned it & made it all happen! We are very grateful to  MutualOne Bank  for their generous financial support and also to the  Massachusetts Cultural Council  for providing grant funding.

Merchants Council Meeting - Date Change

The August Merchants Council meeting will take place Wednesday , August 24th at 8:00 am, 
on the 3rd floor Meeting room in Town Hall.
Healing Arts Night, August 25th, 
5-8 pm

Many of the local Natick healing arts providers are joining together for a "Healing Arts Night" during on August 25th during Natick Nights!

Amy, from the Littlest Spa, will be offering brow design for a $15 donation to the Rainbow Peace flag movement, and Angela Clifford will be doing mediumship readings, angel card readings and psychic readings for $25 for 15 minutes! 

Ellie Calhoun, Massage Therapist and owner of MyBodyWorks! in Natick, is partnering up with Leslie Githens of Natick and fellow Massage Therapist, Phil Buchanan at 12 Pond St. Come find out what's new for this fall! Sign up for a chance to win a free 30 minute massage! We will give free demonstrations of Core Movement, Rossiter stretching workouts as well as introduce our Quality of Life program.

August Guest Artist -  Judy Schneider



Our Guest Artist during the month of August, Judy Schneider, will be at the Studio at 3 Adams on August 4th from 5-8 pm during Natick Nights. Judy  will be hosting a 'Still Life" Workshop and all ages are welcome. Please stop in and welcome her to our vibrant, friendly community and get a glimpse at a work of art in progress!
