Well, summmer is nearing the end and we, at Monarch Health, are taking a small break. We will be out of the office from August 8-12, 2016 to spend a little quality time with our families. 

During this time or any other time, if you are unfortunate enough to have to obtain care outside of our office, please remind the provider you see to send information back to Monarch Health so that we may maintain a complete picture of your medical care.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you may send that request via our online portal or by leaving a message on our answering service. Your message will be dealt with promptly upon our return to the office.

If there is an emergency, call 911 or go to your local Emergency Room. Otherwise, for semi-emergent calls you can still reach us by calling our office phone number and following the prompts on the recording. However, prescription refills are not considered an emergency and there will be a $35 fee for calling one into the pharmacy. So plan ahead and don't get caught without your medicine!

Vacation for Monarch Health!

Be sure to get all prescription refills before our vacation! 
If you request a refill while we are on vacation, there will be a $35 fee.
