Karen Rose will be in A Jeweler's Art in person for First Friday 6-10pm to show her new shibori silk tops and her new comfy bamboo tops. They pair wonderfully with her colored leggings, come in a try them on!

 
Presenting "Outta' the Ball Park" with photographer Alan Ball and oil painter Nancy Park. Alan's work is a mix of photojournalism/candids, traditional portraiture, and an occasional bit of fantasy and artistic creation thrown in! Nancy shows off her talent by painting a copy of an old master.
The exhibit will open on First Friday and show through August 28.

Resident In Your Eye Gallery artist Jerron Johnston will bowl you over with his talent! From watercolors to pastels, pencils to oils, there's no medium Jerron hasn't mastered. The native Oklahoman, self-taught artist will be featured during the month of August. With an opening reception during First Friday, the show will run through August 27.

Presenting three solo shows by Behnaz Sohrabian, John Brandenburg and Janet Massad. The exhibitions will open with a reception during First Friday and show through Sunday, August 28.  

During the month of August, come see guest artist James Gaar and featured artist Mikel Davison. Opening reception on First Friday 6-9pm. Light refreshments
will be served.

The Tour de Quartz makes its first stop in the Paseo! The Tour de Quartz is a selection of artwork created by Oklahoma high school students during the two-week 2016 Oklahoma Summer Arts Institute at Quartz Mountain. Students are immersed in one of nine artistic fields and taught by nationally renowned artists. Each student is represented by one piece of artwork during the Tour de Quartz, which is exhibited in some of Oklahoma's
finest institutions.

Original works from sculptor Stephen Schwark and photographer Arlie Mornhinweg in "A Beastly Affair," a presentation of our modern-day beasts as they are--fearful beings constantly consumed by the fight to survive--in an effort to expose such tendencies in ourselves that have been suppressed.   
 
New artwork by Thomas Stotts will be featured during the month of August.
