A rticles should not exceed 150 words in length (total) and may be submitted  no later than Wednesday 10 a.m. each week for distribution via e-mail to the Diocese later that day.  Text should be in the body of an email or in an attached Word document. Photos and graphics should be attached separately; no PDFs or documents with embedded photos please. Send your articles to be published directly to me at  [email protected] .
