Two artists exploring new ways to express themselves through their art, empowered by their inner dialogues and self discovery. Growing their messages in layers and depth. They have pushed past the boundaries of their previous identities; freeing them, their voices, and their art. Embracing the evolution that occurs when an artist creates for the purpose of searching for what is possible with out anything to lose.

It took years to arrive here, a female U.S. Army veteran, disabled but not giving up on life.
PTSD demands constant vigilance to keep the demons away. It is a life-long journey requiring self-care, psychiatric assistance and peer networks to create a space for peace of mind.
I served in the Medical Corp, in Germany during Vietnam. My artistic passion is to paint strong woman, women warriors, while contributing to the "voice" of the courage & strength so many of my sister veterans exemplify. My professional career was spent as an Organizational Strategist & Consultant for 25 years, where I was fortunate to complete my PhD. As an active member of various Veteran Artist Programs, art therapy is an amazing tool for dealing with pain and keeping your soul alive.
My intent is to inspire others while healing myself through the process of creating.
