Hello Property Owners, 

 

It is amazing that summer is passing by so quickly and we are nearly in August.  I hope you are enjoying all that Cordillera has to offer during this wonderful season.

 

The legal team continues to meet on strategy and work on the appeal to the July 11 interpretation made by Eagle County Managing Director of Community Development.    The appeal is due by August 10, and then we will await a new hearing date before the Board of County Commissioners. 

 

We will keep you informed when new details develop.
