Dr. Gupta from CareMore Joins DocWalk on Monday!
On Monday, CareMore's Regional Medical Officer, Dr. Gupta, will join us for the DocWalk.
We are so fortunate that these physicians, along with Dr. Jolene and Dr. Craig from Banner Health, share their knowledge with MMM. Come DocWalk with us to give him a big MMM welcome!
What is the DocWalk?
From balance to flexibility, core strength, major muscle group strength, and more. Learn from our doctors. The DocWalk is a brisk two-mile walk with exercises built in. It takes about 45 minutes and is appropriate for most fitness levels...you should be able to walk two miles at a moderate pace. Don't be shy...ask questions!
Of course, it's free!
Meet us at 5:35pm at the water ramada for a brief orientation.
