XOXO: AN EXHIBIT ABOUT LOVE & FORGIVENESS
XOXO is an exhibit that asks children to explore their feelings. They will play, act silly and consider what makes them sad, mad and happy. They will ask questions, listen and learn more about the people around them. They will definitely share, connect, converse, think and feel. This exhibit encourages children (and their caregivers) to take a deep breath and explore these powerful feelings and the effects they have on yourself and on others.
The 2,000 square foot exhibit features a brightly-colored, inviting space with 14 engaging experiences - all designed to help children understand, appreciate and express their emotions. Interactive activities include a sound recorder that analyzes tone of voice, a video station that interprets facial expressions, a soft sculpture that responds to hugs with comforting sounds and many more.
