Dr. John Kelly and I are in the process of writing a new book, with the current "working title" shown above. Chapter 1 begins with this quote:
"People are fed by the food industry, which pays no attention to health, and are treated by the health industry, which pays no attention to food."
---Wendell Berry
The "
cancer industry," like all of our "disease care" system, is totally dependent on increasing revenues and profits for its survival. It is comprised of huge corporations whose top executives must answer to shareholders who are not really interested in finding
cures; they're interested in getting a return on their investment.
Dr. T. Colin Campbell recently described all of the above as a "sick and morbid system." It's a system that is dependent on revenues generated by a continuous flow of new ways to
treat cancer. The key word in that sentence is "treat." A true "cure" would wipe out the entire industry.
So, as we say in our book, it's up to the public to
down-size the cancer industry. How do we do that?
We answer that question in our new book, where we review the current science, the clinical success stories, the additional science needed and the envisioned process for giving the cancer victims of the world a better choice.
To be published later this year, our cover may look something like this:
