The Farmstand Mission:
The Highmark Blue Shield Farmstand strives to provide our community with year round access to a wide variety of responsibly cultivated foods. As an integral part of Easton's downtown Market District, the farmstand works to strengthen our region's food economy by working directly with small regional growers, connecting the public with growers, educators, and culinary professionals and engaging in ecologically sound business practices, while actively working to reduce food waste.
