The Farmstand Mission:
The Highmark Blue Shield Farmstand strives to provide our community with year round access to a wide variety of responsibly cultivated foods. As an integral part of Easton's downtown Market District, the farmstand works to strengthen our region's food economy by working directly with small regional growers, connecting the public with growers, educators, and culinary professionals and engaging in ecologically sound business practices, while actively working to reduce food waste.

These early harvest apples have a soft, white flesh and sweet-tart taste making the Lodi great for pies and applesauce. While not a long keeper in the refrigerator, these apples will freeze nicely.
