Affiliate Corner Management Team See You at NACE!

MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO
Report on Continued Growth

It is very exciting to have such progress both within our management team and with our newly partnered Affiliates. Our two new Business Development Directors for the Eastern and Western regions (see story below) will be providing additional resources to serve our existing Affiliates, as well as gain new relationships with elite repairers to strengthen our brand.

With the addition of our VP of Procurement, we look forward to the development of key vendor programs that will leverage our buying power and bring significant benefits directly to our valued Affiliates.  Look for announcements on the creation of new vendor programs and take advantage of the savings they bring.

I look forward to giving you more added benefits and value with your partnership in CCG, and feel free to reach out to support services should you have questions about any of our current initiatives.
INSURANCE SERVICES GROUP
Creation of the Insurance Services Group

With significant additions to CCG's management team and executives energizing our Affiliate Services and Vendor Partners Groups, Managing Director Thomas Adams pivots to 30-plus insurers across the U.S. to further CCG and our Affiliate's initiatives and objectives.

Insurers continue to express intense interest in high performing OEM Certified repair facilities that deliver KPI performance, safe, high quality repairs for their policyholders and members. CCG's mission is becoming an important part of our valued insurance partners' internal strategic planning discussions, and CCG is driving our message throughout the industry at large.  And, the challenges we face are being transformed into opportunities by CCG's Insurance Services Group on behalf of our Affiliates.

CCG is more engaged than ever before with more than 30 insurance carriers that operate DRP's, primarily at the home office, regional and state levels.  Our ISG is growing meeting frequency, depth and breadth with dozens of key decision makers down to re-inspectors...  Developing, nurturing and enhancing key strategic account relationships at every level.

Ongoing Q2 2016 meetings that began in April, peaking during the exclusive CCC Client Conference in USAA's backyard, remain in full swing, with a full court press that will lead us into NACE/CARS in early August and are not limited to these top tier priorities for our valued Affiliates.

Recent strategic sessions with home office, regional, state and local APD and DRP management teams were conducted in Phoenix, North Carolina, Florida, Illinois, and Southern California.  And, CCG's private NACE suite is booked with more than a dozen home office decision-makers, representing the top 25 carriers.

To date, CCG's ISG has secured contractual and verbal agreements for consolidator level programs with five insurers, with five more in the pipeline.  We look forward to sharing more details should you attend NACE, or during reviews coordinated by our Affiliate Services Group (ASG) directors.

SEMA Show

For those attending SEMA in Las Vegas from October 31 - November 4, we highly encourage your attendance to the OEM Collision Repair Tech Summit, as part of the SCRS Repairer Driven Education Series.

"The OEM Collision Repair Technology Summit is one of the most unique networking and learning opportunities available to the collision repair industry, designed to put SEMA show attendees in a room with innovators in automotive structural design and technology. The Summit's focus is on emerging trends in vehicle construction and technology and how both of those aspects influence vehicle repairability and collision industry preparation."
