Closed Faster
Lenders are constantly contacting CMR asking for YOUR license number for closings when they can't find you.  CMR can't be the source for license numbers since we are not always notified when a license number changes. 

TWO simple things you can do to be part of the solution not part of the problem is include your license number as part of your email signature.  AND, use the Buyer's Agent Closing Form and the Seller Agent's Closing Form to provide to the lender/closing attorney that has license number on it upon completion.

Have You Been a
REALTOR® for 40 Years?
An award awaits you from NAR if you have met these two criteria:
1)      Been a REALTOR ® for 40 cumulative years
2)      Can show proof of one year service on either the local, state or national level

To be considered for this award, you must submit an application for REALTOR® Emeritus status. Those who are granted the REALTOR ® Emeritus status are no longer required to pay REALTOR ® dues. In 2020, the criteria will change requiring service at the National level. If you believe that you are eligible, contact Beverly Hickey via email or phone at 601-948-1332 ext 13.
