Dear Conant Parents and Staff and Community,
Your Conant High School Boosters volunteer organization is busy preparing for the new 2016-17 school year which is just around the corner!

embership and Volunteer forms are included in the July District registration mailing you have received and also as part of online registration! Complete these forms today and show your support of our Conant students and staff and community along with your Cougar spirit!
Conant Boosters work with the School Administration to identify opportunities and execute plans to continuously improve Conant High School. We are proud of our partnership and the many ways we work together to make a positive difference in supporting our students and staff and Conant community.
Through our many committees and work of volunteers, we host events, support activities, award scholarships to seniors and financial grants to staff, and raise funds that positively impact all Conant students.

Conant Boosters Committees are Communications, Conant Community Social, Concessions, Craft Fair, Craft Fair Concessions, Dances, Fundraisers, Grill, Hospitality, Membership, Post Prom, Scholarship, Cougar Corner Spirit Store, and Volunteers. Cougar Corner Spirit Store will be open on Tuesday, August 9 from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm during Class of 2020 Freshman Day.
New SPIRIT PACKS, which include a sweatshirt, t-shirt, and car decal in a drawstring bag, will be available for first time purchase for only $50 each!
During the school year, Cougar Corner Spirit Store will be open the first and third Friday of each month during school lunch periods from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm starting Friday, August 19th!

For your convenience, purchase a Family Basic Boosters Membership for only $25. And, back by popular demand is the Athletic Package for regular season home football and basketball games. Athletic and Cultural passes are a la carte -- add on the type and number of passes to meet your individual family needs. Athletic pass options include Adult, Child, or Grandparent. D211 students are admitted free with ID to regular season football and basketball games.
2016-17 Boosters Bonus: the first 500 to sign up receive a Conant Boosters decal with paid membership to display your CHS pride!
Boosters may pick up their membership tickets and decal at the home football games on Friday 9/9 or 9/30 from the Conant Boosters Membership Committee table next to the ticket booth outside the football field.

Volleyball Concessions HELP WANTED!

Parent Volunteers Needed for Concessions during Volleyball Games!
Conant Boosters volunteers perform many activities that are of great benefit to all students of our great high school. Help support our students by volunteering at the multiple activities sponsored by Conant Boosters such as the Concessions Committee. When volunteering for this committee you interact with Conant students and and staff and visitors from other schools at our home volleyball games. This volunteering opportunity is not limited to just volleyball athletes' parents, as all t
he funds raised by activities Conant Boosters organization sponsors are a benefit that every Conant student receives. If a parent has a child who is in need of in school volunteering hours, they can enroll their Conant student to help out the Concessions Committee.

Craft Fair MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW!

Conant's 37th annual CRAFT FAIR will be held on Saturday, October 15 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Many volunteers will be needed on both Friday, October 14 for set up and all day on Saturday, October 15. Any amount of time you can volunteer will be appreciated.
Come to shop on Saturday - we will have 270 booths filled with crafters selling handmade items such as clothes, jewelry, ceramics, wood items, pet items, kids' toys, pictures, spa items, and lots of sweet treats. We will also have a limited amount of direct sales people such as Tastefully Simple, Pampered Chef, Avon, etc. Why not stay for lunch at our Concession Stand? They will be serving lots of great items.

Dances Committee VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
|
Want to get involved but don't have a lot of time or want a big commitment?
The Dances Committee is a perfect fit.
The Dances Committee assists with the
Homecoming Dance on Saturday, October 8th and with the
Winter Dance on Saturday, February 4th.
We need volunteers to help with ticket sales during school hours of the week preceding the dance AND we need volunteers to help the night of the dance in
the areas of coat check and concessions. It is a fun way to help and only requires a
small time commitment.
