A Message to our Friends of Life

What a roller coaster of emotions last month was! We were so excited to see hundreds of women flock to Dallas for the first-ever Pro-Life Women's Conference: Reclaiming the Narrative by women and for women, featuring national experts (including three from the CPLC!) on a wide-range of important life and family topics.  But on the Monday following, our collective hearts sank with the news  that the U.S. Supreme Court had struck down the challenged provisions of Texas law HB 2.   Continue reading

CPLC leads education team to Colombia

Last year we received an invitation to visit Valledupar, Colombia to kick off its first annual "Week of the Defense of Life for the Unborn Child" sponsored by the Diocesan Pastoral Department of Health. Life Principles Academy "trains the trainers"

Attendee Luisa Ravelo-Guedes with her Academy Certificate
In April, we brought Life Principles Academy, a one-of-a-kind training created by Seattle-based Healing the Culture, to DFW. At the Academy, national trainer Camille Pauley presented the skills necessary to communicate and teach respect for life and human dignity to over 100 educators, formators, and leaders. The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive, with 95% stating they would recommend the Academy to others.  Continue reading
