Blake's Blog ...

Rabbi Blake's Final Blog Posting
Rabbi Blake led a group from WRT on a Cultural and Culinary Tour of Israel, and continued his travels as a peer leader among 21 Reform, Conservative, and Orthodox rabbis from the US. As his mission in Israel comes to a close, you can read the final posting (and catch up with prior ones.) We look forward to Rabbi Blake continuing to share his experiences when he returns.

Some of the talented musicians include Kelly McCormick, Jill Abramson, Mia Fram Davidson, Amanda Kleinman, Jonathan Blake, Danny Mendelson, Randi Culang and Erika Radin. Bring friends, a chair or blanket and share the music with the WRT community.

Tisha B'Av
Saturday, August 13 at 8:00 pm
Join clergy and congregants in this annual ritual of remembrance of Jewish historical tragedy.  Now more than ever, as the Jewish community faces imposing challenges and simmering hatreds tear at the fabric of American society, we need to come together to pray and study Jewish texts and traditions about destruction and renewal.

There is still time to dedicate a Prayerbook...

Mishkan HaNefesh
As we celebrate moving to a new High Holy Day Prayer Book, we invite you to dedicate Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur Prayer Books in memory of a loved one, in honor of a special person in your life, or to mark a special point in time. For your  convenience, you can order directly online here or download an order form for mailing. We hope you will join us for this generational milestone.
