Water Efficiency Tip

Don't run the washing machine or dishwasher half-full. Instead, wait until it is completely full to avoid wasting water.
Free sprinkler inspections available

Free sprinkler water efficiency inspections are offered to homes across Highlands Ranch. The inspections are performed by trained irrigation technicians from local non-profit, Center for ReSource Conservation. The inspections include a 1.5 hour sprinkler system consultation focused on improving lawn health and appearance with watering techniques that also save water - an average of 5,000 gallons of water per year.

New pump station and pipeline

Centennial Water is building a new pump station and transmission pipeline, the Zone 4C pump station. The project will boost delivery of potable water to pressure zones that serve more than 60 percent of customers within the Highlands Ranch service area in order to meet current day peak demands.

An open house was held July 21 to share information about the project with neighbors. Construction is expected to begin by spring 2017.
