Just a reminder - Caravans are not managed or operated by NFCAR - they are managed and/or operated by REALTORS®. Rules and regulations apply to each of the individual caravans. If you have any questions regarding the caravans, please call the contacts listed below.

NFCAR's Offering Code of Ethics Classes
Our Code of Ethics Classes are: $15 for NFCAR Members & $25 NonMembers
All classes will be held here at NFCAR 15 Stony Hill Road, Bethel
-Thursday, August 18th; 1:30pm - 4:30pm
-Wednesday, October 12th; 1:30pm - 4:30pm
-Wednesday, November 16th; 1:30pm - 4:30pm
REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within four-year cycles. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®. The current four-year cycle will end Dec. 31, 2016.

Existing-Home Sales Ascend Again in June, First-time Buyers Provide Spark
Boosted by a greater share of sales to first-time buyers not seen in nearly four years, existing-home sales maintained their upward trajectory in June and increased for the fourth consecutive month, according to the National Association of Realtors®.
