2nd Annual Rock'N'Rumble in Yankton a Success
Thank you to Dave Tunge for the aerial photo
Rock'N'Rumble took place in downtown Yankton July 22-23 with 4 bands, 6 food vendors, 2 poker runs, 3 special R'N'R events and a motorcycle parade in memory of Chopper Johnson.  With all that activity, it was bound to be a success.    The R'N'R committee was very pleased with the turnout in spite of the extremely hot temperatures both days.  After tallying the registrations from the 2 poker runs and the parade, it was fun to see that 8  states and several communities from those states were represented.  They are - Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Texas.  The committee is already beginning to select the dates for next year and looks forward to continuing to build on this event.
