Horizons Program Coordinator & Admin Support
(part-time)
TTC is looking for....
....an energetic, detail-oriented team player to join our small staff.   

This part-time position (approx. 12 hours per week) will manage our after-school Horizons enrichment program in four elementary schools.  This critical role includes coordinating with our current instructors and connecting with new instructors to create dynamic course offerings, updating promotional materials for Horizons, monitoring online registration, coordinating with school offices and instructors, communicating with parents including survey feedback, conducting site visits during program sessions and being available via phone during the program.  

In addition, this position will provide administrative support in the office which may include answering phones, copying, updating databases, agency mailings and general office duties. Ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills; have experience in youth programming (preferred) and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Constant Contact helpful.
