LOGM/CTXS: LogMeIn will combine with Citrix's GoTo business in a Reverse Morris Trust transaction valued at approximately $1.8 billion based on LogMeIn's closing price as of July 25th and shares to be issued. The transaction has been approved by both boards and is expected to be tax-free to Citrix and its shareholders. In addition to the approved transaction, LogMeIn's Board of Directors has announced a cash dividend of $0.50 per share (PR)
SQNM/LH: Sequenom to be acquired by LabCorp for $2.40/share in cash, or an equity value of $302M, by tender offer. The value is a 182% premium to yesterday's close. (PR) LabCorp earnings call scheduled for 9AM ET today. (Link)
