Judicial Evaluation

The Central New York Women's Bar Association is conducting its evaluation of candidates for judicial office and earnestly requests your input. Surveys are attached for each of the candidates running for office or seeking reappointment that have submitted an application for our review.

* Please note that there is a new evaluation form attached for the Honorable Martha E. Mulroy because the previous form  unintentionally identified her as running for Onondaga County Supreme Court rather than Onondaga County Family Court.

CLE: Pathways Out of Poverty - Economic Development for All

The Volunteer Lawyers Project is having a fundraiser on Monday, August 8 with a panel to discuss grassroots community economic development to creates pathways out of poverty. 
  
The seminar, which is a fundraiser for OnVLP, will bring together several community partners who are working on economic development at a grassroots level for our low-income communities.  We will discuss community needs, current projects that community partners are engaging in, and ways that volunteer lawyers and others can be part of the solution.  We'll also discuss the new initiative regarding Economic Development that OnVLP will be launching in December.
  
We sincerely hope that you will join us.  Also, please help promote this educational session with your friends and colleagues.  It is open to all, not just attorneys.  If you are a lawyer, you will receive 1.5 credits CLE.

If you would like, you can stay for the dinner afterwards.
