Welcome to I AM!
August 5, 2016
Hello Students and Mentors!
We are excited to begin working with you for the 2015-2016 academic year!
The I AM program has officially started which means there is a lot to do as we approach deadlines for college admissions. The next couple of months will be busy as the CSU and UC applications are due November 30. We know that you may be feeling a bit overwhelmed as you start preparing for the college admissions process but know that the I AM program will help you along the way and provide you with important information as well as support. We will send this newsletter biweekly to give you important information on college applications, financial aid, scholarships and college deadlines. So make sure to check it out and do not miss any information!

For the students who attended our summer-bridge program, SummerTIME, it was a pleasure working with you over the summer. We are really looking forward to working with all of you this year; your mentors are all excited to meet with you very soon. Please read through the newsletter so you do not miss any important deadlines.

Welcome to our I AM Mentoring Program, we look forward to meeting all of you!

All the best,
