Update on Pending Sale of Lodge and Spa at Cordillera

Hello Property Owners,

We continue to work on our appeal of the land use determination, which is due by Wednesday, August 10. The submission of the appeal will be shared electronically with the community next week.

County staff has tentatively set the Board of County Commissioners hearing for August 30, to comply with County rules; however, the hearing will not be held on August 30, rather, it will be tabled and held on September 20. We will update the Community once the hearing schedule is confirmed.
