Preserve the Harvest with UMaine Cooperative Extension

The University of Maine Cooperative Extension is offering Preserving the Harvest workshops throughout the summer. UMaine Extension staff and volunteers lead workshops where you will learn hands-on, USDA-recommended food preservation methods. Registration cost of $20 per person includes a sample to take home. Fresh produce, canning jars and other canning equipment will be provided.  Courses are offered at locations around the state. Click here to see the full offerings and find a class near you.
