Accessibility Resources to Go and Within Wilton Library
If you or someone you know needs assistance with hearing, reading magnification or mobility, Wilton Library offers several assistive devices for use within the library and a portable magnifier that is loaned out. Assistive Hearing Devices are available  to help you hear our programs. We have two Assistive Visual Devices to help people read more easily -- one Optelec video magnifier for use in the library and a portable one which is loaned out for a week at a time. Call or visit the Reference Desk (203-762-6350) for more information. The magnifiers are made possible by the Jane T. Muhlethaler Foundation. Additionally, the library has a motorized scooter and a wheelchair to help patrons navigate around the library. Ask for them at the Circulation Desk.   Click here for more information
