Last Thursday, March 24, marked the 40th and final day of the 2016 Legislative Session. ACEC Georgia had an extremely busy session, which included leading the effort to successfully create a new subsection in Georgia's code that prohibits the use of broad form indemnification and duty to defend clauses in contracts for engineering, architectural and/or land surveying services.
