1. I get excited to wake up each morning to head to Workout 32789. This is my happy place. Our team comes to work with passion as coaches it is my job to inspire each client to be the best version of themselves. Not only physically but mentality as well!

2. When the magic happens and that client realizes they CAN do whatever they put their mind to...The light goes off and BAM!! 

3. I truly feel amazing when I workout. When working with clients I want them to experience that same endorphin rush that runs through the body from exercise.

4. To help put an end to obesity, type 2 diabetes and other diseases that can be prevented by healthy living!

5. Working with mentors like Todd Durkin Mastermind group to help keep me on top of my game. Always learning from passionate and like minded individuals!

Congratulations to Shari, our August Power Performer of the Month! Shari has been training consistently with Nikolai and Diane and is very dedicated to her workout schedule. She trains even after a long day of work! We are proud of you Shari!

What's the biggest change you have noticed physically and mentally since you started training at Workout 32789?  

I am much stronger, feel healthier and muscles are getting toned slowly. 
 
What's your favorite part of working out?

Knowing I am taking time out to do something good for me mentally and physically and feeling great about it. 

When did you realize it was time to make a change in your life?

When the weight and clothing size steadily increased over time. 

What did you hope to accomplish since you started training at Workout 32789?

Gain more energy, lose weight and create a healthy routine, one I can stick to for the rest of my life. 


Cucumber Watermelon Salad



Fall is right around the corner and kids will be heading back to school and our schedules will become busier once again. It is also the time that we start focusing on healthy eating and exercising regularly right? Don't forget that you can incorporate boot camp classes with your training regimen. Our bootcamp classes are 45 minutes long and incorporate HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with different stations and exercises to target each muscle group and leave you feeling sweaty and accomplished!

We have two types of bootcamp available and here's the schedule!

Men's Bootcamp - Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 5:45 am

Co-ed Bootcamp - Saturday mornings at 8:00 am



Chris Update!
The past few months have been a huge journey for myself, my family & friends. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have the wonderful support system of each one of you. This Friday (God willing) will be my last round of ugly nasty chemo! Cancer does not discriminate, but it will not define or dictate. It's a disease & a diagnosis but not a death sentence. For me this weekend with my family... Celebrate we will, life is short but sweet for certain..... Dave Mathews Band thank you last night you sang my cancer fighting song!!! Grey Street. The words right after my diagnosis took on a whole new meaning. "How she wishes it was different, She prays to god most every night and though she swears it doesn't listen there's a hope in her that it might , she says " I pray, but it falls upon deaf ears, am I supposed to take it on myself? To get out of this place.......
She feels like kicking out all the windows and setting fire to this life, she would change everything about her using colors bold and bright..... But all the colors mixed together to grey!
