1. I get excited to wake up each morning to head to Workout 32789. This is my happy place. Our team comes to work with passion as coaches it is my job to inspire each client to be the best version of themselves. Not only physically but mentality as well!
2. When the magic happens and that client realizes they CAN do whatever they put their mind to...The light goes off and BAM!!
3. I truly feel amazing when I workout. When working with clients I want them to experience that same endorphin rush that runs through the body from exercise.
4. To help put an end to obesity, type 2 diabetes and other diseases that can be prevented by healthy living!
5. Working with mentors like Todd Durkin Mastermind group to help keep me on top of my game. Always learning from passionate and like minded individuals!
