SEBCO VanPool Program

The VanPool program provides commuter services for members of the Arkansas State Employees Association (ASEA) between home communities and job sites.

Anyone can ride on the VanPool: Although membership in ASEA is required for participation, being a state employee is not a requirement. Associate memberships are also offered. Active member dues are $52.00 a year for state employees, and associate membership is $26.00 a year.

DISCLAIMER: 2017 Plan-Year Rates and Benefits Set - General Distribution
On Tuesday, July 19, 2016, The State and Public School Life and Health Insurance Board established the monthly premium rates and benefits for the 2017 plan-year. The Board approved a two (2) percent increase for Public School Employees (PSE) and retirees, and a three (3) percent increase for State Employees (ASE) and retirees. In addition, the Board approved keeping the plan benefits the same for 2017. This includes the wellness discount amount of $75 for active employees who complete the requirements.Open Enrollment for State Employees is September 1-15 while Public School Employees will have their enrollment period October 1-15. Plan rate sheets will soon be available at www.ARBenefits.org . Health Insurance Representatives please distribute this information to your members.
