PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, do not email me with your questions about dates, rates, projects, business plans, exchange process, etc.  Those will all come later when it is time to proceed.  I have been swamped with may too many emails to answer with questions that can wait till later.  If your questions are important I will use the radio program to address those.  In the near future we will have a conference call with an update.

I am not at liberty to give details about timing other than what I mentioned on Wednesday.  The funds are moving and it is reported a few early sources have been paid.  Please understand, this is a multi-step process and you will be a part of the next round, called round 2.  You will start processing after round 1 is completed and that takes a minimum of a few weeks.  If nothing else stops this process you are looking for at least 2 to 4 months for round 2 to be completed.

I only want one name per email, do not list two people such as a husband and wife.  I would encourage you to register separately.  While it is not required, I would highly encourage you to acquire a passport if you do not have one.  You have a least a month, so no rush if you start now.  I would also encourage you to not use a work related email, such as .gov, .edu, etc where supervisors have access to your email.  You will be required to sign an NDA and it is not advisable for this info to be available to others not participating.

Please remember, all I am doing at this time is building a data base list.  I am not the administrator, funder, nor decision maker of the process. 

It is in your best interest to not email me with unnecessary questions that can wait till later. So please be patient as we allow this process to unfold.
